Military Complex is a long-term heritage regeneration project centred around a former military territory in Kaunas. Spanning a 27-are site with protected historical buildings, the project combines restoration, adaptive reuse, detailed planning, landscape transformation, and new construction within a historically layered environment.

The project explores how neglected heritage territories can evolve into contemporary living spaces while preserving their architectural identity, atmosphere, and historical memory.
